Requirements
- A relevant B-Tech or First Degree
- A Postgraduate degree in the Built Environment would be
- Up to 8 years relevant and extensive managerial experience
- Valid driversxe2x80x99 licence
- Provide a comprehensive Programme and Project
asset life cycle by embedding sound asset management
principles when applying optimisation strategies
- Lead and direct the operational management of Strategic
Assets operations delivers on the strategic intent and
priorities of the department, directorate and City IDP
- Lead and direct the Strategy and Strategic Management
the maximising of the return on investment in alignment with
the IDP
- Lead and direct the performing of activities associated with
order to ensure that services are delivered in accordance
with relevant SCM and other policies and practices
