This is a School Governing Body position.
The appointment will be made as of 1 January 2026.
This is a fixed-term contract (negotiable) with long term possibilities.
Minimum Requirements
Current TSA registration and valid Level 1 or Level 2 coaching qualification, or equivalent recognised credentials.
A proven track record of player development. Not just participation, but progression.
A strategic mindset to implement age-appropriate development systems.
Ability to work in a school environment, liaise with parents, and inspire pupils of varying skill levels.
Strong understanding of the Gauteng North tennis structure, including schools' fixtures, leagues, and tournament entry processes will be considered and advantage.
Vision and ambition: a leader who builds a legacy.

Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Level 1 or Level 2 TSA accredited Director of Tennis. Not just someone who can hit balls, but someone who can build a system. A leader, a visionary, a developer of boys into players and players into men.
This is more than a job. It is an opportunity to lead and inspire. You will be the Director of Tennis, tasked with establishing long-term development plans, growing participation, improving performance and creating a culture of tactical, technical, physical, and mental excellence.
