About the Role
As the Director of Product Marketing, you will establish and lead the Product Marketing capability for one or more major product pillars within a unified compliance platform. You will develop compelling positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment across product, demand generation, sales, and customer success. The role will directly influence pipeline development, conversion, and revenue, while driving commercial enablement and deepening market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the product-marketing strategy for core product pillars (e.g., Employee Compliance, Trade & Surveillance, Third-Party/KYC).
  • Craft clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that communicates the value proposition within the RegTech and compliance-technology markets.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new products, feature releases, and ecosystem expansions, collaborating closely with product, content, demand generation, sales, and enablement teams.
  • Enable commercial teams by creating sales tools, competitive battlecards, and buyer personas across senior compliance, risk, conduct, and technology audiences.
  • Partner with demand generation and ABM teams to drive conversion, aligning product-marketing priorities with field activity.
  • Define, monitor, and optimise product-marketing KPIs to improve performance and visibility.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive intelligence, surfacing insights for product and strategy leadership.
  • Collaborate with content, digital, and global field teams to produce customer-centric assets that support the buyer journey and pipeline growth.
  • Influence pricing and packaging in partnership with product management, revenue operations, and executive leadership.
Experiences and Skills
  • 10+ years' product-marketing experience within SaaS, ideally in financial services, compliance, risk, or RegTech environments.
  • Demonstrable success driving pipeline and revenue growth through strong product-marketing strategy, metrics orientation, and performance tracking.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise sales cycles and working with complex global buyer personas (e.g., C-suite, Heads of Risk/Compliance).
  • Proven track record delivering successful go-to-market launches with cross-functional alignment and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting in executive forums and articulating compelling customer stories.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of using data to refine strategies and measure impact.
  • Experience in multi-region/global environments is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent beneficial.
