• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple consultancy projects

• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency

• Lead, mentor, and support management teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services

br

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

br

• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls to maximise profitability

br

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies

br

• Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and service excellence

• Salary: R35,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)
