Role Overview
As Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You'll manage paid advertising, drive performance marketing strategies, create engaging content, and help grow our brand presence and revenue online.
Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Advertising & Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Search, and Google Shopping, Amazon, Walmart & eBay. Email Marketing
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Booking and finding local partners to create advertising opportunities
  • Work with influencers to drive traffic towards instagram / tiktok
  • Content Creation & Social Media:
  • Create engaging, on-brand content for social media, email, and website campaigns.
  • Collaborate on video and photo content for ads, campaigns, and organic posts.
  • Develop and execute content calendars across platforms including TikTok.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including audience segmentation, design, and A/B testing.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for engagement and conversions.
  • Affiliate Marketing:
  • Develop and manage affiliate partnerships to expand reach and increase revenue.
  • Track affiliate performance and manage commission structures.
  • Photography & Videography:
  • Oversee / book high-quality product and lifestyle images and videos for use across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.
  • Marketplace Management (Bonus):
  • Experience with selling, listing optimization, and advertising on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay is a STRONG plus.
  • Familiarity with marketplace analytics, SEO best practices, and promotional campaigns is highly valued.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an e-commerce or consumer brand environment.
  • Experience at large well known DTC company a plus
  • Energetic about company growth and leading a team and strategy
  • Proven experience running and optimizing Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search & Shopping), and TikTok campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
  • Experience with affiliate marketing strategy and execution.
  • Proficiency in content creation, including social media, photography, and videography.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and campaign reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience managing product listings and sales on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
