Job Summary Director of Food and Beverage
Location: Bahrain
Industry: Hospitality
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining
  • Lead, develop, and support a diverse F&B team to consistently deliver excellent service
  • Drive revenue growth through effective planning, marketing initiatives, and cost control
  • Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with senior management to improve guest satisfaction and operational outcomes
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years' F&B management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a five-star hotel
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Solid understanding of dining standards, menu planning, and cost control
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and improve profitability
  • Fluent in English; additional languages will be an advantage
