Job Summary Director of Food and Beverage Location: Bahrain Industry: Hospitality Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining
Lead, develop, and support a diverse F&B team to consistently deliver excellent service
Drive revenue growth through effective planning, marketing initiatives, and cost control
Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Collaborate with senior management to improve guest satisfaction and operational outcomes
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years' F&B management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a five-star hotel
Strong leadership and people management skills
Solid understanding of dining standards, menu planning, and cost control
Proven ability to manage budgets and improve profitability
Fluent in English; additional languages will be an advantage
