We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Food & Beverage to oversee all F&B operations in a luxury hotel, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and revenue growth. Key responsibilities: o Lead and manage all food and beverage operations across the hotel o Develop strategies to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction o Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and compliance o Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting o Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff o Plan menus, special events, and banqueting operations o Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences o Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements Requirements: o Proven senior F&B management experience in luxury hotels o Strong financial acumen and budget management o Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills o Ability to maintain high standards under pressure o Strong organisational and planning skills o Knowledge of F&B trends, service techniques, and operational best practices Qualifications: o Tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field advantageous o Extensive experience managing multiple F&B outlets and teams If no response is received within 10 business days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
