What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities

Provide overall financial management and oversight for the assigned region. Ensure accurate and timely financial close processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Produce monthly management reports to support operational and strategic decision-making. Lead the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes, including full P&L and capital expenditure planning, in coordination with the International and Finance teams in Boca Raton. Support financial aspects of M&A activities. Oversee customer invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliation; engage directly with customers to resolve issues. Ensure timely payment of supplier invoices. Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and internal accounting policies; maintain a strong internal control environment. Act as a strategic business partner to operations and sales teams. Manage relationships with external auditors, local accountants, banks, tax advisors, and other key partners. Maintain full oversight of the balance sheet and P&L in collaboration with both local and Boca Raton accounting teams. Work closely with Tax Senior Leadership to ensure compliance with all local tax and reporting requirements, including VAT, WHT, income tax, and personnel-related taxes. Contribute to the development of long-term tax strategies in partnership with the Boca Raton tax team. Oversee regional project costs, including new builds, inventory (if applicable), and Regional Site Maintenance (RSM). Serve as the regional liaison for cash flow forecasting and treasury coordination with Boca Raton. Manage vendor database and ensure data integrity. Conduct site profitability analysis and provide financial business support. Respond to ad hoc financial requests and lead special projects as assigned. Other duties as assigned.

Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, and hire a high-performing, diverse finance team. Provide leadership and direction in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Coach and mentor team members, supporting onboarding and career development. Empower team members to take ownership of their roles and responsibilities. Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values. Lead performance management efforts, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning. Ensure the team meets expectations for productivity, quality, and goal achievement.

What You'll Need - Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree

in a related field;

10+ years of experience

in accounting or finance, preferably within an international company.

Bilingual proficiency
