Responsibilities
Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues
Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively promoting products and upselling where appropriate
Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to foster repeat business
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals
Requirements:
NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Drive and motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Candidate must be eligible to work in South Africa
