Job title: Direct Insurance Sales Representative
Job summary:
The Direct Insurance Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales of insurance products directly to customers via phone, email, or virtual platforms. This role requires building rapport with customers, understanding their insurance needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct sales presentations to potential customers and educate them on various insurance products and services.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies that meet their requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers and follow up to close sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching new customers and expanding the customer base.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up
Qualifications:

Working conditions:
