Role Purpose
Responsible for developing and implementing online sales strategies, leading a digital sales team, and driving revenue growth through various digital channels.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent (essential)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Insurance, Business, or related field (essential)
FSCA recognised qualification (essential)
FAIS Key individual Regulatory Exam Level 1 (essential)
FAIS Representative Regulatory Exam Level 5 (essential)
Specific licensing or registration:
Certified Financial Planner (desirable)
Experience:
Have hands-on experience with digital channels, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to grow online sales, brand presence, and conversions
Minimum 4 years' experience in digital sales, with proven campaign management success
Proficiency with analytics and sales tools
Skills:
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Duties & Responsibilities
Be results-driven to lead the sales, planning, execution, and optimization of our digital sales initiatives.
Develop and implement digital sales strategies across relevant platforms.
Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools and prepare reports on KPIs, ROI, and growth
Collaborate with technology, and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals
Stay updated on digital sales trends, tools, and best practices
Manage budgets for digital campaigns and allocate resources effectively
Inventory management: oversee the management of digital sales inventory, ensuring optimal allocation and pricing strategies to maximize revenue
