Online Sales Consultant (In-Store)

Evolution Wheel and Tyre is seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Online Sales Consultant

to manage and process all online and e-commerce sales. This is a

full-time, office-based role

and is

not remote work

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process all sales received through online channels and e-commerce platforms Contact customers after orders are placed to confirm product selection, fitment, delivery details, and address accuracy Ensure orders are correctly processed on internal systems and prepared for dispatch Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order dispatch Handle customer communication via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms in a professional and friendly manner Resolve customer queries related to products, orders, and deliveries Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions

Requirements

Proven sales experience (automotive industry experience is a strong advantage) Industry exposure to

tyres, rims, and car audio

will be highly beneficial Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and confident when dealing with customers Experience using

Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms

will be an advantage Computer literate and comfortable working with online systems Own reliable transport
