Digital Publications Specialist

to join our Publications Team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and publishing campaign content across various platforms. You will work with our publications team to ensure that approved content is delivered on time and through the appropriate channels for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage campaign schedules to ensure timely publication. Liase with the customer-facing team to ensure content approved by customers goes out at the right time via the right channels Build and publish campaign content on various platforms, ensuring clarity and legibility Ensures that the correct content variations get to the right places on our customers' systems Checks daily that all content has gone out and that there were no omissions

Work Schedule and Environment:

This is a full-time, office-based position (We are located in Stellenbosch). Work hours: Mondays - Thursdays: 9:00 - 17:30, Fridays 8:00 - 16:30. Work hours may vary according to the needs of the business from time to time to ensure our customers are supported

Salary:

R20 000 - R25 000 There is a 3-month probation period. After the candidate has successfully passed their probation, their salary will be reviewed and they get access to day-to-day healthcare.
