What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the glue that holds cross-functional projects together -- leading designers, developers, marketers, and clients through every stage of delivery.


Here's what your day-to-day might include:

Turning business needs into actionable project plans and timelines Coordinating with remote teams Spotting roadblocks before they happen -- and clearing the path forward Managing budgets, deadlines, and expectations with ease Keeping everyone in the loop with clear, regular communication

3-5 years' experience delivering digital projects in an agency setting (mandatory) Proven track record managing website builds and digital campaigns end-to-end Strong grasp of digital channels (CMS, eCommerce, SEO, paid media, UX/UI) Confident client communicator with experience in account or client success roles Skilled at planning, budgeting, and keeping projects on track Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused Excellent English communication skills * Understanding of digital product workflows and technical delivery
