DescriptionAs the guardian of our e-commerce platform's architecture, you will ensure seamless integration of new tools while modernising our systems to stay ahead of the curveKey Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough market research to identify the most promising cloud SaaS tools that can significantly improve our conversion rates or open up new revenue opportunities- Evaluate the potential impact and feasibility of integrating new tools into our existing e-commerce ecosystem- Oversee the implementation and operation of selected tools, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption and optimal performance- Own the architecture of our e-commerce platform, ensuring that new tools integrate seamlessly without compromising stability or functionality- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of implemented tools, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation and further enhancements- Drive the modernisation of our e-commerce architecture, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our platform remains competitive and future-proof- Maintain accurate and up-to-date architectural diagrams, documenting all currently active tools and their interactions within our ecosystem- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to align tool implementation with broader business objectives and ensure a cohesive user experienceRequirementsQualifications and requirements- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Marketing, or related field.- Proven track record of successfully identifying, implementing, and managing SaaS tools in an e-commerce environment- Deep understanding of e-commerce platform architectures and best practices for integrating third-party tools- Strong market research skills, with the ability to analyse trends, evaluate tool capabilities, and make data-driven recommendations- Experience with architectural design and documentation, including creating and maintaining clear, comprehensive diagrams- Proficiency in assessing the technical feasibility and impact of integrating new tools into complex systems- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive initiatives from concept to completion- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels- Passion for staying at the forefront of e-commerce technology trends and continuously learning and adapting in a fast-paced environmentIf you're a results-oriented Product Specialist with a proven ability to drive innovation, optimise e-commerce architectures, and deliver measurable business impact, we'd love to hear from you.
