In this role, you will play a key supporting role in developing, implementing, and optimizing high-impact paid social media campaigns. Your focus will be on lead generation and scalable brand-building initiatives across Meta and TikTok, with opportunities to expand into emerging social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media advertising and campaign management.
Main responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns across various channels.
Measure and report on the performance of all campaigns, assessing results against defined ROI and KPI targets.
Research and explore emerging social media platforms, placements, and opportunities.
Stay up to date with platform policy changes and deploy best practices across campaigns.
Identify trends and insights to optimize media spend, audience targeting, and campaign performance.
Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and performance experiments to drive continuous improvement.
Utilize strong analytical skills to assess end-to-end customer experience across multiple social platforms and touchpoints.
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery.
Minimum requirements
Degree, diploma, or certificate in Digital Marketing or a related field.
2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with a proven record of performance success.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) -- Essential
TikTok Ads -- Essential
Google Ads (including YouTube) -- Advantageous
LinkedIn Ads -- Advantageous
Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Facebook Insights & Reporting Suite), with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
Creativity and innovation in developing engaging advertising strategies and campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
