Pepkor Speciality is seeking a Digital Paid Media Specialist who will play a pivotal role in driving the online presence and paid digital marketing success of our diverse portfolio of adult wear brands. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimising digital media campaigns across various platforms to build brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive traffic and sales across our e-commerce and retail channels. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights and creative strategy to deliver impactful full funnel paid media campaigns, and ensure our brands maintain a competitive edge in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Management
Plan, build and Implement paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, DV360 and other key platforms
Optimisation & Analysis
Oversee multi-media campaigns to deliver ROI to the business
Provide analytical insights derived from campaigns and digital environments, with monthly and quarterly reporting on the same to various stakeholders
Creative & Business Acumen
Ability to review and optimise brand creative briefs to ensure it aligns with brand aesthetics and performance objectives.
Work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the business and ability to influence
E-Commerce Familiarity
Experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify,) and understanding of conversion rate optimisation and customer journey mapping.
Process & Innovation
Stay ahead of advertising technology developments and implement new features
Actively drive testing and learning on new channels, Ad formats and tools
Champion structured processes and leverage data for consistent, high-performing paid media campaigns

Qualifications
BA degree in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, communications or a related discipline would be adventagous.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
2-3 years of experience in running digital paid media campaigns and managing budgets.
Ideal experience gained in an FMCG, retail, retail banking or services industry
Certification in Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics and Meta Blueprint would be an advantage.
