The Role
We're hiring a
Digital Marketing Strategist
with the brains of a growth marketer and the instincts of a brand thinker. This is not a media buying role--this is strategy in its purest form:
audience definition, channel planning, offer architecture, and insight-led execution

You'll lead multi-channel strategies for a roster of premium clients, owning everything from launch plans and funnel frameworks to creative direction and data interpretation.
What You'll Do
Develop and lead
end-to-end marketing strategies
across paid social, search, email, web, and content
Work closely with creative, paid media, and web teams to
build conversion-optimized journeys
Audit brand performance and identify short- and long-term growth opportunities
Translate product positioning and consumer insights into
channel-specific tactics and campaigns
Craft
funnel strategies
tailored to DTC and retail hybrid models
Create campaign plans with clear KPIs, testing roadmaps, and performance reporting
Present strategies and insights directly to clients, serving as a
trusted growth advisor
Requirements
3-5+ years in digital strategy, ideally in an agency, consultancy, or high-growth brand
Strong understanding of
paid social
,
email
,
web UX
, and
e-commerce conversion drivers
Confident using performance data to inform creative and media strategy
Experience working with or across teams executing on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Shopify, and GA4
Able to juggle multiple client accounts without compromising thoughtfulness or quality
Exceptional client-facing communication and storytelling skills
Bonus Points
Experience scaling premium or high-design consumer brands
Solid grasp of media mix modeling, LTV analysis, or retention strategy
A creative POV--you're not afraid to push ideas forward
Copy or creative direction background is a plus
