Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager oversees and implements the digital marketing strategy aligned to the business strategy.



Responsible for developing and managing the Digital Marketing Strategy for PPS Group, effectively evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to inform digital marketing activities.

Minimum Requirements



Education:




Bachelor's degree in commerce (marketing, business management, communications) Bachelor's degree in Science (mathematics, data science, computer science) Specialist training in digital and social media marketing Design qualifications (an advantage) Post graduate qualification an advantage

Experience:




Minimum of 4 years' management experience in the Marketing Field Minimum of 6 years' experience in the Digital Marketing field (managing websites, PPC, SEO, social media UI & UX and the implementation of new Technology)

Knowledge and Skills:




Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice, with demonstrated success in rolling out digital marketing campaigns Goal orientation and results driven Innovative and creative problem solving Experience with UX and UI on digital applications A creative eye to review and sign off digital artwork Exceptional project management skills Organized and self-motivated Strategic, analytical, and data-oriented Keep abreast with new digital engagement channels leveraging Bot technology and AI Design using design languages Strong quantitative skills

Duties and Responsibilities



Digital marketing management:




Work with the marketing and creative teams towards digital executions of brand or product marketing campaigns Inform the Digital Marketing strategy aligned to the Business and Marketing Strategies Ownership and day-to-day management of owned internal and external digital channels, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date and functionality is working as expected Management of digital content taxonomy Always-On content development and approval Understanding of the marketing funnel and optimal member journey mapping through each stage. Strong command of Search Engine Optimisation for lead generation. Strong command of social media marketing Understanding drivers of commercial value Proficient in working with leading digital and social media tools. Drive new member acquisition through digital platforms. Drive campaigns within PPS Complement existing member campaigns through digital platforms. Process design and optimisation Inform user and member journeys

Budget and Financial Management




Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing by channel Media buying Measure and manage return on marketing investment to align to agreed ratio. Optimise marketing is spent across all digital channels

Technical skills



Has a strong understanding of digital platforms and how to optimise their use for results Analysis of data for management information and forecasting. Direct digital media buying to optimise the budget and results Selection of key words to drive results Strong command of Search Engine Optimisation for lead generation. Skills working with CRM tools Strong command of social media marketing Provide detailed reporting, management information and recommendations to inform business decisions

Stakeholder Management




Management of agency performance and turnaround times Build relationships - Work collaboratively with others, inside and outside the organisation. * Implement and maintain Service Level Agreements with internal and external stakeholders
