BSH Home Appliances (Pty) Ltd has a vacancy for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Kramerville)
Objective of the position
Increase BSH-ZA online presence and optimise digital activities.
Assist with implementation of digital strategy in ZA & SSA.
Coordinate/ implement local digital marketing operations across all functions in SSA countries.
Minimum Requirements
Education
Marketing or media or communications related degree.
Experience
We require the candidate to have
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
with a proven track record. The successful candidate must have a solid understanding and passion for digital and technology. The role is not limited to digital marketing but creating and implementing technological solutions.
Specific Knowledge
Digital strategy
CRM knowledge and experience is essential.
Content management systems, Website Management
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
Digital paid media
Analytics (Adobe Analytics knowledge is advantageous)
Advance Content Management systems. At BSH we work with FirstSpirit CMS.
Reporting and Digital KPIs

Short Job Profile Summary
Assist with all digital strategy and initiatives in BSH ZA sub-regions parallel to regional digital roadmap.
Manage project rollouts, CRs and BRs for existing digital solutions and ensure continuous improvement of digital operations.
Coordinate and operate local digital content and innovations including connected products aligned to regional roadmap.
Execute Business to Consumer (B2C) operations within the scope of Competence Center of REM.
Execute Business to Business (B2B) Operations within the scope of Competence Center of REM.
Execute Social Media Operations within the scope of Competence Center of REM (Bosch and Siemens)
Monitor and report web, mobile sites, and social media accounts by using related tools (Omniture, SAP, Google analytics, etc.).
Implement CRM activities for the target audience in parallel with the brands, sales, and image campaigns (Bosch, Siemens and Gaggenau).
Participate, represent TG / Countries in projects, business events and meetings.
