Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.);
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights;
Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic;
Research and implement SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals;
Review the content calendar and ensure timely publication;
Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement;
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions;
Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers;
Segment email lists and personalise communications for targeted marketing efforts;
Utilise analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance;
Provide regular updates and recommendations to the marketing team;
Work closely with the current digital marketer to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts;
Serve as the point of contact for digital marketing in the current marketer's absence, ensuring continuity of key tasks;
Support and collaborate with other team members on various marketing initiatives;
Assist in managing and allocating the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI;
Monitor expenditures and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.
Grade 12 or equivalent;
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. (Essential);
3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing campaigns and budgets;
Willingness to work longer than normal office hours;
Knowledge of MS Office Suite;
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.);
Content Management Systems (CMS);
Social Media Management Tools;
Demonstrable knowledge of basic HTML coding and web development tools.
