Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Digital Marketer to join our team and lead the charge for 2025. The ideal candidate will have their finger on the pulse for the latest trends, be creative and engaging. We want your passion to come out in everything that you do at Wharton.
Key Responsibilities
Working with the Director and other teams to develop specific operational business strategies to further develop the company.
Design, implement and optimise digital campaigns to drive lead generation across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, SEO)
Manage the day-to-day updates of the Wharton WordPress website.
Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for B2B sales with Hubspot and Monday.com CRM.
Create compelling content for brand visibility, thought leadership and audience engagement - including blogs, social media, emails, videos and podcasts
Own the full digital marketing funnel up to conversion-ready leads; the UK team will manage final conversion
Manage website performance and development with support from web developers
Analyse campaign performance data and continuously optimise for ROI
Lead strategy sessions and collaborate with sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Develop company initiatives, development of the company within the marketplace.
Contribute to the development of company documents and company initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in successful B2B marketing with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Previous use of CRM systems, Project Management systems
Experience of social media platforms, design and content creation.
Experience in website management, specifically WordPress
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for client marketing.
