We're specifically looking for someone with strong experience in managing social media platforms, paid digital campaigns, and content creation, including planning and executing content calendars specifically according to global guidelines - these are the most crucial factors for the role.
Experience working directly for a brand or managing these items within an agency environment would be a strong advantage. However it is imperative that you have the following:
Strong experience withcommunity management
Proven ability to manageMeta platforms(organic + paid)
building monthly calendars, leading shoots, and shaping creative
Highlycreative, with experience creatingreels, videos, and short-form content
Requirement for application:
Applicants must submit at least two links to social media reels they've personally created that have gone viral or performed well, clearly showcase professional content crafted for legitimate brands, align with brand identity, and demonstrate both creativity and strong social media performance. These need to be direct social media links of content that was posted in the past.
Do you currently manage and have experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager?
Are you actively involved in content creation, including developing, writing, editing, and publishing content across digital channels?
Do you have experience in building and managing monthly content calendars for social media or digital platforms?
Have you previously worked with performance metrics and reporting for digital campaigns (e.g., reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)?
Are you comfortable using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar for content creation? (Canva is sufficient)
Have you worked directly with Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics in the last 6 months?
