Job Summary Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Marketing: Management and coordination of all marketing activities Create and maintain Business cards, email signatures Co-ordinate and facilitate all event marketing Create content and be involved in content planning meetings and pitch ideas for the website and social media channels Maintenance of the Company Website Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms Researching trends and updates in marketing and social media Assist various departments with internal and external marketing communication Assist sales department in all marketing material and mail shots on specials Advise the sales department of any new marketing information, press releases, technical; innovations and customer responses 2) Sales: Weekly and monthly reporting of sales numbers and targets Running daily sales analysis and updating pipeline tracker Taking minutes of weekly Sales meetings Support FM with weekly Aged Stock reporting Assist with lead generation (cold calling) to potential new clients and client groups (developers) Monitor tender sites and screen potential tenders, acquire all tender documents, schedule kick-off meetings and co-ordinate the entire tender process till successful submission Stay up to date with new products/solutions; Maintain regular self-learning with regard to fibre products/solutions Track customer complaints, issues and queries and ensure they reach a successful and appropriate conclusion Processing of customer quotations and orders Maintain minimum GP % on Sage system according to company policy and procedures Liaise with Procurement and maintain standard product pricelist Conduct Competitor analysis to ensure the company stays market-related Conduct customer surveys to assure a high level of client satisfaction Perform any ad hoc duties deemed appropriate by the Sales Team/Management 3) General admin: Co-ordinate corporate gifting and gifts when required Assist with proofing written material for style, grammar, etc. Arranging and booking of travel, accommodation, and car rental for business travels Assist with standardising of all official Company documentation Providing personal assistance and support functions to the Executive Management team Assist with general administrative tasks Key Performance Areas: Maintaining and managing marketing schedules Monthly updates of the website and social media info Monthly update of all info and content for video streaming Weekly and monthly reporting of social media stats Weekly and monthly reporting of sales numbers and targets Running daily sales analysis and updating pipeline tracker Taking minutes of weekly Sales meetings Support FM with weekly Aged Stock reporting Create lead generation via cold calling Successful tender site monitoring and submissions Self-learning with regard to fibre products/solutions Required Qualifications and Experience Grade 12 Qualification in Marketing Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) SAGE Evolution of similar CRM software experience Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns Experience working with CRM, Email Marketing Tools, Marketing Automation Software, Survey Development Software, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, WordPress, and Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube) will be advantageous Tender management experience Skills and Knowledge: Strong written and verbal communication skills Multitasking and time-management skills Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles and processes Ability to organize, plan and adhere to deadlines Ability to identify emerging marketing trends Lead generation and cold calling Knowledge of Market Analysis Knowledge of Competitor Analysis Personal Attributes and Competencies: Professional attitude and appearance Reliable and trustworthy Self-starter and willing to take initiative Technical aptitude Tenacious and persuasive personality Ability to thrive under pressure Ability to work independently and within a team Target driven Strong attention to detail Mature and positive attitude Drive for Customer satisfaction
