Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimization of our online marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform digital strategies.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign integration and consistency across all channels.

Content Marketing:

Develop and oversee content creation for various digital channels, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Implement a content calendar and strategy to drive engagement and thought leadership.

SEO and SEM:

Conduct regular SEO audits and implement strategies to improve website visibility and ranking on search engines.
Manage paid advertising campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
Monitor social media trends and implement new techniques to stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize web analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Generate regular reports on campaign performance, audience behavior, and other relevant metrics.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering maximum ROI.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
