SUMMARY:
DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
POSITION INFO:
Our client in the Gambling, Betting and Gaming Industry is in search of a Digital Marketing Manager.
This is a full time onsite role.
This role will be based in SA, and will serve the group as a whole. Looking for a highly skilled Digital Strategist to develop, lead, and optimize our digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals across all 3 jurisdictions. This role will focus on driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and engagement across all digital platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities
Suitable candidates need to be able to do the following:

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies (paid, owned, earned media) across web, mobile, and social channels.
  • Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Oversee digital campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Optimize digital user journeys, conversion rates, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, design, and product.
  • Measure and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Work Experience
  • 57+ years in digital marketing or digital strategy roles.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing digital strategies in either B2C or B2B environments.
  • Background in industries such as retail, e-commerce, media, fintech, gaming, or telecommunications is an advantage.
  • Experience with digital media buying, performance marketing, social media, SEO, CRM, and analytics.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns across multiple channels, including website, social, search, programmatic, and email.
  • Experience working with digital agencies or media partners.
Key Skills and Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta, programmatic platforms), and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive action.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
