POSITION Digital Marketing Executive required in JHB. ABOUT THE POSITION The Company: An established luxury lodge and hotel group in Southern Africa seeks a digital marketing executive to join the robust team of professionals based in Johannesburg South Africa. The group boasts iconic safari lodges and boutique properties which enjoy a strong international market. The growth of digital marketing strategies has identified this new position as critical to the marketing plan and thus an individual with evidence of previous successful digital campaign work, website oversight, social media management and implementation of digital marketing strategies. Core Role: Work with our internal marketing team and external agencies to execute the companyxe2x80x99s communication and marketing strategy. The alignment of business goals to generate new business leads and nurture relationships with existing B2B and B2C leads while supporting and optimizing the organizationxe2x80x99s marketing initiatives, whilst assisting with the development and execution of all communication activities. We would require the incumbent to work with towards coordinating marketing materials and streamlining marketing workflow. Responsibilities: Coordinate the digital marketing activities and initiatives on behalf of the company as required by the organizationxe2x80x99s stakeholders and guests. Connecting the marketing team with the sales team and external agencies. Follow an efficient workflow and traffic system to execute all marketing to appropriate channels by deadline. Efficiently allocate resources, monitor the deployment and report on the status thereof in the execution of digital marketing activities. Work across multiple projects, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and issues. Oversee design and production of digital campaigns, and relevant marketing collateral. Attend meetings xe2x80x93 internal and with external marketing providers xe2x80x93 to coordinate and communicate about marketing outputs required by organization. Work with the marketing team and external agencies to devise timelines, instructions and project plans for future marketing projects. Quality control process owner xe2x80x93 checking that outputs are of the required standard. Copywriting where required and knowledge of SEO Be a custodian of the brand and maintain an ordered system of information and digital content. Work with the marketing team to establish and maintain a direct client database. Requirements: Tertiary qualification in digital marketing At least 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in marketing coordination Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment. High attention to detail and critical thinking Ability to develop schedules and timelines for marketing projects A sense of aesthetics and a love for beautiful design and purpose-driven marketing Self-starter and deadline driven to deliver multiple projects Exceptional time management and organizational abilities You are a doer and have a high sense of accountability Luxury hospitality experience advantageous PR and copywriting experience advantageous Proficiency in digital analytics, CMS, marketing automation software and/or CRM a plus Highly active on social media and following social media trends LEVEL Intermediate role EXPERIENCE 3 to 5 years SALARY The package includes a Provident fund of which the company contributes 5% Medical Aid is available but forms part of the CTC package
