Join our property development team as a Digital Marketing Manager, where you'll drive impactful digital campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, email, SEO, Google Ads, SMS, and more. Your role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns, managing digital media, and staying updated on social media trends. The ideal candidate will lead integrated campaigns, collaborate with teams and vendors, and ensure timely and cost-effective launches. Minimum Requirements:
Degree in marketing or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position
Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, email, social media, Google Ads, SMS, and WhatsApp
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Proficiency in A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, covering SEO, marketing database, email, social media, Google Ads, SMS, WhatsApp, and potential new channels.
Design and oversee the entire digital marketing department, including display advertising, email marketing, the company website, and marketing databases.
Take charge of planning and managing the company's social media channels and website.
Increase website traffic and facilitate digital growth.
Develop, build, and maintain a strong social media presence to generate qualified leads.
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance accordingly.
Brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience.
Utilize analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Set up and optimize Google Adwords campaigns.
Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate.
Develop and scrutinize all campaign budgets.
