As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping to drive the Companies
growth by planning, executing, and optimising the digital marketing initiatives under the
instruction of the Senior Marketing Manager. This includes being responsible for managing
and optimising paid media channels (Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn), helping on
all aspects of HubSpot marketing automation, and collaborating across teams to enhance
ShareForce's online presence. The main key performance indicator (KPI) of the role is
generating qualified leads and accelerating the sales pipeline.
This is a hands-on role, requiring strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and a passion for
data-driven marketing in a B2B software as a service (SaaS) environment.
