Job Summary

Who are we: A well-established SME business specialising in software and telecommunications.

Who are we looking for: A digital marketing manager with B2B industry experience.

What will you do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition for our small to medium enterprise business units.
  • Drive the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (website, social media, email marketing) and traditional mediums (print, radio, sponsorship events).
  • Create and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify target segments, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to develop and execute creative content, advertising materials, and other marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using data-driven metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing techniques, sharing insights and implementing best practices within the organization.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Foster relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners to maximize brand exposure and secure PR opportunities.
What do you need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, Brand Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and methodologies, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data insights to drive marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and convey complex concepts to a wide range of audiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience in digital marketing - setting up and running Ad Campaigns, SEO Management, Social media marketing
