Digital Marketing Manager

Salary: R40 000 - R45 000 (CTC)

Location: Foreshore, Cape Town (In-office)

As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our Cape Town team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Manager who excels in both data-driven performance marketing and creative execution. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering a global digital strategy, enhancing brand visibility, and driving measurable growth across channels.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is strategic, creative, and execution-focused -- confident moving between analytics dashboards, campaign planning, and creative production.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Planning

Develop an annual digital marketing plan and roadmap with senior marketing leaders. Conduct audits across all digital channels, identifying performance gaps and creative opportunities. Research trends in digital media, creative design, AI tools, and marketing technologies to guide strategic decisions. Prioritise platform improvements and oversee new digital tools or solution rollouts. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance planning. Produce regular reports and insights to inform strategic actions.
Digital Marketing & Performance

Manage and optimise SEO, PPC, paid search, retargeting, programmatic advertising, and performance campaigns. Drive data-led customer acquisition through website optimisation, CRO, funnel analysis, and UX improvements. Use AI-assisted tools for targeting, SEO optimisation, personalisation, and predictive analytics. Run A/B tests, track conversion metrics, and measure end-to-end customer journeys. Oversee lead generation automations, CRM workflows, and database management. Deliver clear, accurate performance reports demonstrating ROI, traffic quality, and conversion success.
Creative Execution & Brand Support

Own the creation and management of all digital creative assets across social, PR, and brand initiatives. Produce visually compelling assets using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Ensure all digital content adheres to global brand guidelines and strengthens brand positioning. Lead the design and production of landing pages, digital ads, email templates, and web visual updates. Drive brand storytelling through campaigns that combine creative design with data-driven insights. Maintain visual consistency and high-quality standards across all digital channels.
Stakeholder & Agency Management

Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and third-party suppliers. Conduct regular reviews to ensure creative and commercial objectives are met.
What We're Looking For

7+ years' experience in digital marketing management with proven multi-channel success. Strong mix of analytical and creative skills -- comfortable with dashboards as well as leading creative production. Solid experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, programmatic ads, CRO, automation, and data analytics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign (must-have). Confident using AI marketing tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI). Experience with Google Analytics, GA4, WebTrends, or similar. Ability to manage complex funnels, creative visual outputs, and performance-focused campaigns. Excellent organisation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in property, real estate, or luxury brand marketing is advantageous. A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing (CIM/IMM/MASA) is an advantage. A portfolio of previous work (campaigns, creative assets, reports, etc.) is required with your application.
