You're the kind of marketing leader who sees data and thinks: "Challenge accepted." You watch metrics like a hawk and know that the right mix of image, copy, and timing can make a shopper's heart skip a beat (and their cart skip a stage).

But you don't just react, you strategize. You guide a team, turning insights into action, campaigns into conversions, and chaos into results.

At MyRunway, we make every scroll, click, and cart count. You'll captain our marketing ship, ensuring every campaign doesn't just launch, it lands with style.

What you'll actually be doing:



Launching scroll-stopping campaigns

across Google, Meta, TikTok, email, and whatever channel people obsess over next.

Turning data into magic

-- whether it's figuring out why someone ditched their cart at 2am or squeezing more ROAS out of an ad set.

Obsessing over performance

(CTRs, CPCs, conversions -- if it moves, you'll measure it, tweak it, and make it work harder).

Collaborating with creatives

to make ads that not only look good, but actually get clicks and sales.

Owning SEO & content touchpoints

so MyRunway shows up where it matters (search, inbox, everywhere).

Managing budgets like a boss

-- allocating spend smartly and proving the ROI.

Experimenting with the new-new

-- automation, AI tools, programmatic, or whatever's about to change the game.

Leading & coaching our small but mighty team

into even greater greatness.

Making the complex simple

-- reporting results in a way that makes even non-marketing people say: "Ohhh, now I get it."

Building bridges across teams

(product, dev, ops, creative) to make sure campaigns don't just launch -- they land*.

What we need from you:



A marketing degree/diploma

5+ years

running digital campaigns (bonus points for e-commerce).

2+ years

leading a team -- you've mentored, coached, and made people better. Hands-on experience with

Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM systems, and campaign automation

. Strong eye for creative (you know when an ad looks or when it needs another round). You think in numbers and ideas -- both sides of your brain are invited to the party.
