Job Summary Our client in the Hospitality industry is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager that will be responsible for leading the digital marketing team across strategies for social media management, marketing automation, campaign media, and local restaurant marketing (franchisee clients). Manages and advises on digital budgets across all brands. Role and Responsibilities General Management In consultation with stakeholders and brand managers; manage, supervise, advise and analyse brand digital marketing plans, which focuses on product quality; positive brand perceptions and revenue growth. Manage and supervise all external digital agencies, such as creative; digital media; sentiment; reviews, listings, SEO etc. Align with internal business departments and ensure digital marketing expectations from a business and client (franchisee) point of view, are met. Guide business Contact Centre in digital response management (social media etc) Analyse, and identify digital marketing trends Prepare and present comprehensive and detailed reports and presentations for Head of CRM Create and Implement Digital Strategy with Head of CRM Financial Provision of cost-effective digital services that facilitate sustainable brand development and market share growth and enabling the achievement of strategic organisational objectives and targets Overall management and monitoring of digital marketing delivery and overheads within organisation approved budgets Analysis of ROI on Digital marketing interventions Service Provider and Contract Management Manage and forecast fiscal budget, including monthly review thereof. Automation, CRM, Owned Platforms and Social Media Guiding campaign and always on marketing flows to ensure that personalized, authentic and relevant messages are sent to the right customers at the appropriate times through the marketing automation tools. Analysis and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across brands Develop custom audience strategy across all digital targeting and tracking (retargeting, loyalty first party database, lookalike audiences etc) Collaborating alongside loyalty, e-commerce and design specialist services team on acquisition and retention programmes and campaigns. Leveraging customer campaigns to increase revenue and brand loyalty. Champion Conversion Rate Optimisation of all digital marketing efforts Analyse and measure digital marketing efforts to meet fiscal KPIs Technical Involvement and Projects Work with external partners in developing technical solutions for clients (franchisees and customers) to solve challenges or meet needs) eg. Contactless Register during COVID-19) Work with Product Owner in ensuring best customer experience of the products and programmes Human Resources Management and supervision of direct reports and tasks/projects falling under their management. Provide leadership, support and guidance for the full digital marketing team (3) Develop processes and internal department structures to improve team communication, structure and management of expectations. Ensure efficient use of qualitative methods for all project plans in coordination with research groups Define the necessary infrastructure, capability and operational changes necessary to deliver customer experience and digital marketing solutions. Key Skills and Competencies Creative and innovative thinker and planner Working knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram; SEO and paid media strategies; websites and apps. Good understanding of consumer behaviour in digital environments Experiencing in managing budgets and supplier agreements Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management Excellent analytical and time-management skills Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential. Have proven experience of managing B2B and B2C campaigns. Understand current marketing trends. The ability to successfully develop and manage multiple strategies running at the same time. Qualifications and Education Requirements Tertiary education, preferably in business or marketing qualifications 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy and team management Experience identifying and creating strategies and campaign methodology for target audience Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel) Experience in Marketing Automation software and methodology Experience in Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, inDesign, Premier Pro) advantageous Knowledge of HTML, CSS, mailers and CMS platforms (such as Wordpress or Umbraco) advantageous Qualification or experience in managing analytics, adwords, SEO and digital media buying advantageous Restaurant experience/knowledge of Franchise Operations advantageous.
