Job Description

Our client in Boksburg is seeking a high-energy, creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing graduate to join their team for an 18-month internship programme. This role is ideal for a recent marketing graduate eager to gain practical experience in digital content creation, online advertising, social media management, analytics, and brand communication.
The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to grow the company's digital presence, support brand initiatives, and explore innovative ways to improve audience engagement.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media, websites, and email newsletters.
• Support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns.
• Assist with updating and managing the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative digital marketing ideas and campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to social media engagement (comments, messages, community interaction).
• Track and analyse digital marketing metrics and assist with preparing performance reports.
• Conduct research on industry trends and contribute fresh ideas for improved digital communication.

Requirements

• Matric Certificate essential

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing and Communications or relevant.
• No Prior internship or learnership experience.
• Familiarity with digital tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or similar design tools (advantageous).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
