Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our short business courses.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media, email, and PPC advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and course descriptions.
- Organize and participate in events, seminars, and webinars to increase brand awareness.
- Manage the academy's online presence, ensuring a cohesive and positive brand image.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, sponsors, and media outlets.

Qualifications:

- Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking with a results-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with graphic design and content creation is an advantage.
