Job Description


An established hospitality company seeks a digital marketing executive.The group boasts iconic safari lodges and boutique properties which enjoy a strong international market. Candidates must have a proven track record in successful digital campaign work, website oversight, social media management and implementation of digital marketing strategies.

Core Role:
Work with internal marketing team and external agencies to execute the
companys communication and marketing strategy. The alignment of business goals to generate new business leads and nurture relationships with existing B2B and B2C leads while supporting and optimizing the organizations marketing initiatives, whilst assisting with the development and execution of all communication activities. Co-ordinate marketing materials and streamlining marketing workflow.

Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate the digital marketing activities and initiatives on behalf of the company as required by the organizations stakeholders and guests.
Connect the marketing team with the sales team and external agencies.
Follow an efficient workflow and traffic system to execute all marketing to
appropriate channels by deadline.
Efficiently allocate resources, monitor the deployment and report on the status
thereof in the execution of digital marketing activities.
Work across multiple projects, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and

issues.
Oversee design and production of digital campaigns, and relevant marketing
collateral.
Attend meetings internal and with external marketing providers to coordinate and communicate about marketing outputs required by organization.
Work with the marketing team and external agencies to devise timelines,
instructions and project plans for future marketing projects.
Quality control process owner checking that outputs are of the required standard.
Copywriting where required and knowledge of SEO
Be a custodian of the brand and maintain an ordered system of information and digital content.
Work with the marketing team to establish and maintain a direct client database.

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in digital marketing
At least 3 years experience in marketing coordination
Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
High attention to detail and critical thinking.
Ability to develop schedules and timelines for marketing projects
A sense of aesthetics and a love for beautiful design and purpose-driven marketing.
Self-starter and deadline driven to deliver multiple projects
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
Have a high sense of accountability
Luxury hospitality experience advantageous
PR and copywriting experience advantageous
Proficiency in digital analytics, CMS, marketing automation software and/or CRM a plus
Highly active on social media and following social media trends
