An established manufacturer in the advertising and signage industry is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Designer, in-office Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. The role involves creating engaging digital content for social media, designing layouts for wide-format printing, and managing customer interactions across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, possess strong communication skills, and have a good understanding of social media dynamics.
Responsibilities:

• Design compelling digital media content for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) that aligns with brand objectives.

• Create layouts and designs for wide-format printing on fabrics used in advertising and signage.

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries on social media promptly and professionally.

• Drive engagement across all social media channels through creative and innovative content.

• Use design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality digital and print content.

• Ensure clear, professional written and spoken English communication in all client-facing interactions.

• Organise and manage digital assets, content calendars, and social media scheduling systems.

• Collaborate with sales, production, and other internal teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Systems-oriented with experience in content management and scheduling tools.

• Creative thinker able to develop engaging and innovative content.

• Knowledge of wide-format printing on fabrics is advantageous.
