The Digital Marketing Co-ordinator supports the Head of E-commerce in executing and optimising digital marketing activity across multiple hotel brands.
This is a hands-on, multi-channel role covering paid digital campaigns, social media execution, website monitoring, analytics tracking, and reporting. The role requires a balanced skillset, part marketer and part analyst, with a strong understanding of how digital activity drives traffic, bookings, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Digital Marketing (Important)
Support the setup, execution, and optimisation of:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
Retargeting and metasearch
Upload ad copy, assets, audiences, and extensions
Spend pacing Performance
CPA Performance
ROAS Performance
Flag underperforming campaigns and optimisation opportunities
Ensure all paid activity is correctly tracked and attributed
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting (Important)
Support and maintain digital tracking across websites and platforms
Work with:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Domain Hosting and Pointing
Ensure conversion tracking is accurate for:
Bookings
Revenue
Key funnel events
Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports
Analyse traffic, conversion, and channel performance
Translate data into clear, actionable insights
Social Media Execution (Important)
Manage day-to-day social media activity across hotel brands
Schedule and publish posts using agreed content and assets
Coordinate with hotel teams on content requests
Monitor and report on:
Reach
Engagement
Traffic contribution
Ensure social activity supports wider campaigns and offers
Track social performance and feed insights into reporting
Website Content Support
Maintain and update website content working with web developers (offers, events, blogs)
Support Lead Web Dev & Junior Web Dev with SEO best practice:
Metadata
Headings
Internal linking
Upload landing pages aligned to paid and social campaigns
QA content and functionality across devices
Email & Campaign Support
Support email campaigns working with the design team
Assist with segmentation, quality assurance, and reporting
Ensure email activity aligns with campaigns and offers
Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with:
Head of E-commerce
Designers and developers
Hotel teams
External agencies (If Any)
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment both independent and branded
Maintain task boards and documentation (Monday.com)
Proactively flag issues, risks, and opportunities
Skills & Experience
Essential
1-3 years' experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
Hands-on experience with:
Google Ads and / or Meta Ads
Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Working knowledge of:
GA4
GTM (support level)
Strong understanding of digital funnels and performance metrics
Comfortable working with data and reporting
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Able to work independently in a remote environment (Key)
Desirable
Hospitality, travel, or e-commerce experience
Experience with:
Metasearch platforms
Email marketing tools
CRO tools
Familiarity with:
Looker Studio
Monday.com or similar workflow tools
