Are you a creative Marketing Coordinator that is passionate about marketing campaigns and is always looking for ways to improve brand awareness?



Our company, the Imam Development Program is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to improve the volume, quality, and predictability of marketing qualified leads and marketing-sourced pipeline to deliver continued increases in marketing sourced revenue. You will be a willing team player, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and always be thinking of the next idea. You will understand that you are the custodian of the brand and will have a firm grasp on modern technology and various marketing platforms.



Plan and implement multiple marketing initiatives across various platforms.



Content copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.? SEO and SEM management and optimization.

Measure, analyse and report on marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).? Developing and maintaining automation infrastructure.

Collaboration with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.



Management of social media, mail marketing, and influencer marketing activities.



Manage projects within the marketing department adhering to the marketing strategy.



Prioritization and spend of marketing budget.



SKILLS AND KNOWLEGE REQUIRED

Strategy and planning:

Formulating and implementing short- and long-term marketing strategies to achieve business goals and drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

Market research and analysis:

Conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior and competitor data, and identifying new markets and potential customers.

?

Campaign management:

Planning, executing, and overseeing various marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and promotional events.

?

Budget and resource management:

Managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal performance.

?

Content and creative oversight:

Overseeing content creation, including advertising and marketing materials, and ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.

?

Team leadership:

Leading, supervising, and training marketing teams, and fostering a cooperative work environment.

?

Cross-functional collaboration:

Partnering with other departments such as sales, product development, and creative teams to align efforts and achieve business objectives.

?

Performance evaluation:

Analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies based on data to improve results and ROI.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

? A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, Business Development Studies, or a related field.

? Minimum 3 years' experience in Marketing.

? All candidates must be computer literate.
