Edenroche is a privately owned group of exceptional properties and cultural destinations in France, Switzerland, and South Africa. Each property is distinct, but all are shaped by a shared commitment to art, hospitality, nature, and thoughtful service. Our activities range from intimate weddings and private stays to cultural gatherings, tastings, and seasonal events.



We are now entering a new phase -- with Chateau de Roche opening for curated events and private dinners, Les Mazots du Clos transitioning to a fully privatised model in the Swiss Alps, and Rozenhof in Stellenbosch offering discreet residence-style stays. To support this vision, we're looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing lead who can build visibility and demand across key international markets.


Role Summary





This is a digital marketing role for someone who understands the codes of luxury, the pace of hospitality, and the mindset of an international high-net-worth audience. You'll lead our brand positioning, content development, and audience outreach across all Edenroche properties -- building interest, trust, and bookings. You will be based in South Africa, but your scope will be global -- with particular focus on the US, UK, and Middle Eastern markets. The role offers flexibility, ownership, and the chance to shape how Edenroche is experienced by the world.


Key Responsibilities





Strategy & Positioning


Design and implement a marketing strategy that reflects the unique identity of each property

Position Edenroche's offerings in the luxury hospitality and events space with a clear, consistent voice

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity across Europe, Africa, and key outbound markets


Digital & Content Marketing


Create and post digital marketing for all Edenroche platforms. Plan and run marketing campaigns. 2-5 years' experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation (hospitality or lifestyle brands preferred). Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. Proven ability to grow social media accounts and build engaged communities. Comfortable with hands-on content creation (shooting content on mobile or camera). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Strong ability to work with multiple onsite managers.



Profile & Skills





Professional Experience


2-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, destination marketing, or lifestyle branding Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies for high-end clientele Strong digital marketing knowledge (Instagram, email marketing, SEO basics, CMS tools) Experience with visual storytelling and managing creative collaborators

Excellent writing and communication skills -- able to adapt tone for different markets Sophisticated aesthetic judgment and deep understanding of luxury customer expectations Ability to work independently, across time zones, and in a flexible remote environment Highly organised with a proactive, structured approach to planning and delivery

Languages


Fluent English required French highly desirable (additional languages a plus)
