Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily cash flow and forecasting Monitor bank balances and prepare reports for Finance leadership Support with payment processing, direct debits, and BACS runs Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve variances Maintain and update banking mandates and signatory lists Liaise with internal teams and external banking partners Assist in month-end reporting related to cash and treasury Provide support for audits and compliance reporting
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a treasury, finance assistant, or accounts role (preferred) Strong attention to detail and numeracy Familiarity with banking systems and MS Excel (intermediate+) Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude AAT qualified or working toward (or equivalent experience)
