Job Description

The Digital Lead will own Lelive's digital strategy and performance across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google, YouTube, and other paid and organic channels. This role is equal parts strategic thinking, creative analysis, and hands-on execution -- with a clear focus on driving acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities


1.? ?Paid Media & Channel Strategy

Lead and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube. Continuously optimize for lower CPA and stronger ROAS across acquisition and retention funnels. Own channel strategy, budgeting, testing, and scaling based on performance and brand priorities.

2.? ?Creative Performance Analysis & Trendspotting

Analyze creative performance across all platforms and identify patterns behind top-performing content. Translate insights into actionable creative briefs and performance playbooks. Stay ahead of industry trends and identify culturally relevant opportunities for growth, especially on TikTok and Reels.

3.? ?Content Pipeline & Execution Oversight

Manage the digital creative pipeline by briefing and collaborating with in-house creatives. Ensure regular delivery of high-performing, platform-optimized content. Align creative direction with brand tone, campaign goals, and audience behavior.

4.? ?Funnel Optimization & Conversion

Monitor and optimize the full customer journey -- from ad click to conversion -- across paid and organic digital funnels. Collaborate with the broader team to optimize landing pages and website conversion rate performance. Implement and test CRO tactics to improve user experience, engagement, and sales.

5.? ?Reporting & Insights

Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports using native platform tools and GA4. Provide weekly insights and recommendations for optimization across channels and assets. Take full ownership of analyzing digital performance data to inform decision-making.

6.? ?Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the CMO and broader marketing team to align digital plans with brand and business goals. Coordinate timing of campaigns and launches across organic, influencer, and retail moments.

Requirements




Required Skills & Experience

4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in beauty, DTC, or lifestyle brands. Proven track record of managing paid media with strong performance results. Experience with conversion rate optimization and landing page testing. Ability to interpret creative and funnel performance data and use insights to drive strategy. Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4). Data-driven mindset with a strategic yet hands-on approach. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Passion for beauty, culture, storytelling, and building brands that matter.
