Job Overview
Requirements:
Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, After Effects, etc.)
Minimum 5 years working experience
Pharmaceutical Industry experience would be beneficial
Strong communication skills to effectively create creative brand briefs
Strong portfolio displaying a range of digital design work, with a focus on Google Ads and social media advertising
Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography and colour theory
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
A passion for staying current with digital design trends and a willingness to share insights with the team
Experience in 2D and 3D motion graphics
Knowledge of or interest in AI-generated artwork
The main purpose of this position: As a Digital Graphic Designer you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and effective digital assets for various digital marketing campaigns The designer will collaborate closely with our digital team to produce engaging graphics tailored for Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital channels We are looking for a candidate who is not only proficient in digital design but also has a keen eye for the latest design trends and can adapt quickly to changing industry standards Duties & Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing, on-brand graphics for Google Ads, social media advertising, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives
Execute graphic design across diverse campaigns, encompassing print, digital, and social media
Implement web design, focusing on layout and user interface
Generate basic 2D animations and motion design elements for multimedia campaigns
Keep abreast of the latest design trends, especially those pertinent to digital advertising, and integrate them seamlessly into your work
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to grasp project requirements, objectives, and target audiences, delivering effective design solutions
Develop creative concepts and design layouts aligned with campaign goals and objectives
Create multimedia assets, including animated GIFs, short videos, and interactive graphics as needed. Revitalise existing creatives
Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and error-free designs
Maintain well-organised digital files and assets for future reference, ensuring easy accessibility
Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and consistently delivering high-quality work
