Job Description

Purpose of role:
To lead and execute digital initiatives that enhance brand visibility and user experience across all digital
platforms. This role also provides support for broader marketing activities and assists with event coordination
as needed.

Creating, editing, and publishing content (text, images, videos) across various social media
platforms.
Developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
Curating content from other sources that is relevant to the organization's brand and audience.
o Social Media Strategy and Planning
Developing and executing social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Identifying target audiences and tailoring content to their interests and preferences.
Planning and launching social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
Analyzing social media trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
o Community Engagement and Management
Monitoring social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages.
Responding to audience interactions, including answering questions, addressing concerns and managing feedback.
Fostering a positive and engaging online community.
o Performance Analysis and Reporting
Tracking and analyzing key social media metrics (engagement, reach, website traffic, etc.).
Generating reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Using data insights to optimize social media strategies and content.
o Other Responsibilities
Staying up to date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborating with other teams (marketing, content, design) to ensure brand consistency.
Managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
Identifying and engaging with influencers and brand advocates.

Marketing Support
o LinkedIn profiles: assist with the posting of weekly content and ensure that all profiles
are up to date in particular profiles for the management team.
o Checking the content of partner profiles for correctness and relevance.
o Check the content on ProfileMe profiles and maintain the ProfileMe Dashboard.
o Monitoring and reporting back on social media activities and responses to manage the brand image.
o Assist with the creation / design and maintenance of all business-related communication templates
within the communication framework.
o Manage the internal communication templates and the distribution thereof.
o Assist in the management of the WhatsApp business profile.
o Manage the document library and accurate version control of all documents and policies where
relevant.
o Brand refresh of all documents.
o Assist with the distribution of promotional materials / marketing collateral.
o Assist with the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the brand shop, continuously reviewing
business feedback and requirements.
Events
o Events Planning
Compile a list of bespoke event types for PCS events. For example, a wine and portfolio
pairing event, whiskey tasting events, events that would appeal to a high-net-worth client
and would be used to attract other similar people that are not currently clients.
Design appropriate invitations.
Ensure the invitations are delivered to the client concerned using the company tools.
Collate RSVPs.
Where relevant setup and assist with the execution of campaigns via xPlan with the appropriate post campaign analysis.
Assist with presentation content.
o Venues
Source venues according to event type.
Suggest menus for each event, food and drinks.
Arrange menus, AV, decor, and presenters.
Ensure that internal company branding is at the venue and can be prominently displayed in collaboration with regional representatives where appropriate (i.e. Operations Manager / Assistant / CRM).
Arrange the registration process at the events and arrange that the registration process is run by our local offices when possible.
o Handover of the events
When all planning and arrangements are completed, they will be handed over to the Head of Marketing who will attend the events and make sure they run smoothly.
o Post-event
Develop a post-event follow-up with attendees.

o Budget
Compile an event budget process
Assist in requesting quotes and costing per event where needed.
Maintain and keep the budget updated per event.
Manage events to the budget and highlight areas of concern as they arise.
Reconcile the expenses to the budget on an ongoing basis.
Competencies

Qualifications and Experience
2-3 years in the financial services industry or similar will be advantageous.
Relevant tertiary education or courses
