Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional to lead and execute digital initiatives that enhance brand visibility and user experience across digital platforms. The successful candidate will also provide support for broader marketing activities and assist with event coordination.

  • Manage content creation and social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Assist with marketing collateral, internal communications, and brand consistency.
  • Support event planning, from concept to post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and digital marketing tools.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with social media strategy, digital content creation, and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years' experience in marketing or digital roles, preferably in financial services.
  • Relevant tertiary education or marketing qualifications.
