Job Summary Minimum Requirements

Matric
Valid Drivers License
3 5 years experience in a similar role
MS Office & Desktop Publishing Software
Responsible for preparing digital files for print production
Overseeing the pre-press process to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output
Convert and optimize artwork, graphics, and text for digital printing
Adjust layouts and graphics as needed to ensure compatibility with digital print processes
Use color profiles to ensure accurate color reproduction across digital printing devices
Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the DTP process
Proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other desktop publishing tools
Provide feedback and suggestions to clients on file quality and formatting for print
Maintain and organize files, templates, and print-ready documents for easy retrieval
Knowledge of layout and design principles, typography, and color theory
Ability to troubleshoot file-related issues and find creative solutions to challenges that arise during the production process
