We are looking for a:
Digital Designer
We need a Digital Designer that knows how to craft beautifully. Working alongside a Conceptual Team, they should be able to take the initial mock-up of an idea and turn it into something inspiring, fresh, and spectacular. They would then take be able to bring this thinking to life across multiple channels according to best practices and within the set brand world.
This candidate would have skills in presentation building to sell their thinking (incl. Rationale and articulation), as well as the ability to prep their final artwork for development or animation.
Responsibilities

• Developing a look & feel inspired by a Brand Identity.
• Polish and preparation of final approved designs (Fit for platform).
• Rollout an approved design across different platforms (Incl. Email).
• Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of UI designs.
• Assist in creating and optimizing graphics, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Support the production of design assets and deliverables, ensuring they are consistent, pixel-perfect, and meet project requirements.
• Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation, including design specifications, guidelines, and design rationale.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Seek feedback and actively participate in design critiques and reviews to improve design skills and grow professionally.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and ensure designs are accessible, user-friendly, and compliant with industry standards and guidelines.
• Adapt designs based on feedback, user testing results, and project constraints, while balancing usability, aesthetics, and technical feasibility.

Software Requirements
The ideal candidate would have the following software experience:

• Adobe CC (With a focus on Photoshop).
• Figma (Mandatory).
• Adobe XD (As a bonus).
• After Effects/Editing/Animation (As a bonus).
