About the Company:



Our client is a digital-first organization centered around personal brands and early-stage ventures. They focus on building clean, modern brand identities and simple, high-quality web experiences that support content, products, and creative projects.



Role Overview:



We're looking for a proactive, highly creative Digital Designer who lives and breathes visual design and can take ownership of projects from concept to execution. This role is primarily focused on brand design, creative assets, and clean, minimal web design. You'll work closely with a founder-led team, receiving high-level vision and inspiration, then translating that into polished designs with minimal hand-holding. Confidence, initiative, and creative ownership are essential.

You'll design logos, brand assets, statics, and simple websites or pages (homepages, landing pages, basic PDPs) in Figma, collaborating with developers to ensure smooth handoff and QA. While UX/UI experience is a plus, strong visual execution and brand consistency are the priority. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-to-mid level designer who wants to grow in a fast-paced, founder-led environment and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Shape the visual direction of multiple brands and creative projects Deliver polished, on-brand designs with speed and consistency Improve collaboration between design and development through clear handoffs and proactive communication Help scale creative output by bringing structure, ownership, and momentum to design workflows

Core Responsibilities:



Brand, Creative & Asset Design

Design logos, brand guidelines, statics, and visual assets for digital brands Translate loose ideas and inspiration into strong, cohesive visual concepts Maintain consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints

Web Design & Execution

Design simple, clean websites and pages in Figma (homepages, landing pages, basic PDPs) Prepare design files for smooth handoff to developers Collaborate with developers during build and QA to ensure design accuracy

Collaboration & Ownership

Work closely with founders and internal stakeholders to clarify goals and direction Proactively ask questions, flag blockers, and push projects forward Take full ownership of assigned projects from start to finish

Ad-hoc Creative Support

Support additional creative needs such as decks, marketing assets, and internal projects Contribute ideas and creative direction when needed

Requirements:



Must-Haves (Required)

Strong visual design skills with a consistent, high-quality portfolio Proficiency in Figma for design and collaboration Confidence working with minimal direction and taking creative ownership Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

Experience with branding and logo design Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; Premiere Pro is a plus) Basic UX/UI understanding Experience designing email templates or marketing assets (e.g., Klaviyo) Familiarity with Shopify or working alongside developers
