The role of the Digital CRM Specialist involves spearheading the formulation and implementation of the CRM strategy and roadmap, aiming to enhance customer loyalty. Collaborating with diverse Global and Local functional teams as well as external vendors, this professional will be instrumental in creating CRM/loyalty programs. Additionally, they will leverage data-driven insights to provide recommendations that contribute to delivering an optimal customer experience across all touchpoints.

CRM Animations Development
Campaign Management and Analysis
Data Insights including Data Analytics, Data Migration, Review CRM campaign performances
Budget Management
Reporting
Testing and implementation of new CRM projects
Requirements:
Must be South African Citizen
This is a BBBEE role
5 years experience in CRM or Digital Marketing
University Degree in a Marketing/Business related field or equivalent
Experience in developing CRM strategies, driving customer engagement and increasing lifetime value
Solid skills in data analytics and customer segmentation
Knowledge of CRM software, automation tools, and analytics platforms
