Performing audience research and audience targeting to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.

Optimisation:
Exhibits a strong understanding of search engine optimization, online advertising, employee communications, public relations, social media, and community management within a digital context.
Providing reports on corporate web traffic and social media metrics.

Leveraging Culture & Diversity:
Collaborate closely with essential internal team members to generate content concepts aligned with the company's strategic objectives and in harmony with diverse brand initiatives.
Proficiency in overseeing marketing communication projects, coordinating with external agencies and internal stakeholders.

Digital Transformation:
Create content for both internal and external audiences across various platforms, with a special focus on social media segments, to promote the company's products, brands, and accomplishments.
Observing and offering guidance during social media crises or addressing online reputation concerns involving customers and other issues.

Skills & Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Journalism or a related field of Communications
Four years of relevant work experience managing various social media channels and implementing best practices in social media
Having skills in photography, videography, or design would be an added advantage
Possessing excellent proficiency in MS Office and a proven track record in managing website systems and analyzing metrics
Demonstrated expertise in copywriting, editing, and translation in both Afrikaans and English languages

Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or proven experience-based equivalent
